what we collect

email address — if you subscribe to the sunday digest. used only to send it. unsubscribe is one click and permanent.

account (firebase auth) — if you create an account, firebase stores your email and a user id so you can save gems to a reading list. saved lists live in our database against that id.

push tokens — the iphone app stores an expo push token to notify you when a new gem is published. turn it off any time in ios settings.

clicks — outbound clicks on gems are counted (anonymous totals, not per-person) to power the trending sort.

third parties

firebase (auth), stripe (payments — cards never touch us), mailtrap (email delivery), expo (push delivery), vercel (hosting). each has their own privacy policy; we share only what the feature needs.

we use google analytics (gtag) to count visitors. no ad networks, no tracking pixels, no data selling. ever.

your data, your call

every email has a one-click unsubscribe. want your account, saves, or email history deleted entirely? email hello@intrest.co and it's gone.

cookies

one for the admin session, one for your theme preference, one if you sign in. that's the list.
